Mark states "I have seen way too many graduates struggle with the college to career transition.  It bothers me terribly to see young people spinning their wheels after college graduation trying to land a professional job and launch a career. Recent graduates usually struggle because they are not adequately prepared for the task of transitioning from being a student to being strong job candidate and effective manager of their own career."  

Even though career preparation is the main reason students attend college, schools do not directly teach students career management skills needed to graduate “career-ready”.  Mark believes that the lack of formal career education is a major flaw in our educational systems.  For that reason he has launched C2C READY.
