C2C SUCCESS Courses teach students about career development and management.

Career development and management is an ongoing process of assuming responsibility and taking charge of your career-life.  It involves active engagement, conscious planning and structured learning for work-life fulfillment, growth and financial stability. It is a process that requires an understanding of oneself, an awareness of occupational possibilities, job search competencies and a proactive approach to planning, learning, and achieving. 

The following 30 day career development and management mini-courses are taught online, are applied learning in nature and have integrated career coaching to support student successful completion.  Each course requires a total of between four to eight total hours of student work over a 4 week period.
